Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Designtwit retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

All project fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, assets, and approvals as required during the project lifecycle. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Designtwit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications

Designtwit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
